In accordance with the Copyright Ordinance, 1962 (as amended by the Copyright (Amendment) Act, 1992 and the Copyright (Amendment) Ordinance, 2000) of Pakistan, all content, materials, logos, graphics, images, software, designs, applications, and other elements available on or through the DropShot Pvt Ltd platform are the exclusive property of DropShot Pvt Ltd and are protected by Pakistani and international copyright laws.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or public performance of the copyrighted works on this platform is strictly prohibited and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties under the laws of Pakistan.

The DropShot Pvt Ltd name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of DropShot Pvt Ltd or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of DropShot Pvt Ltd.

As per the Trade Marks Ordinance, 2001 of Pakistan, unauthorized use of our trademarks may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition under Pakistani law, which may subject the infringing party to legal action.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, DropShot Pvt Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the DropShot Pvt Ltd platform for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include:

• The right to modify, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform
• The right to use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering methods
• Any resale or commercial use of the platform or its contents
• Any derivative use of the platform or its contents
• Any use of the platform that is not expressly permitted herein

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by DropShot Pvt Ltd.

By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the DropShot Pvt Ltd platform, you grant DropShot Pvt Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods.

You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power, and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to any content that you submit. You agree that this license includes the right for DropShot Pvt Ltd to make such content available to other companies, organizations, or individuals with whom DropShot Pvt Ltd has relationships.

In accordance with the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 of Pakistan, if you believe that any content on the DropShot Pvt Ltd platform infringes upon your copyright, please notify us by providing the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity
• Contact information of the complainant, including address, telephone number, and email
• A statement that the complainant has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed

Under Pakistani law, particularly the Copyright Ordinance, 1962 (as amended), remedies for copyright infringement may include:

• Injunctions restraining the infringer from continuing the infringing activity
• Damages for the loss suffered due to the infringement
• Account of profits made by the infringer through the infringing activity
• Delivery up or destruction of infringing copies and implements used for making infringing copies
• Criminal penalties including imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine which may extend to one hundred thousand rupees, or with both

This Copyright Notice and any disputes relating to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to this Copyright Notice shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Pakistan, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts in any such suit, action, or proceeding.
